Tuition of $2,995 (14-day Project Endeavor Commuter Program) includes food (include 1 meal daily), all on-campus activities and instruction, and tuition fees, but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, food/sundry items purchased off campus, textbooks, classroom materials, airfare, airport transfers, baggage fees, supplemental fees, course supply/material fees, and transportation costs to and from home city embarkation.
Tuition of $2,995 (Greek Isles Extension) includes 2 meals daily, lodging, local transfers, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions) but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals, transportation to/from Greece or baggage fees.
Tuition of $3,495 (Croatia Isles Extension) includes 2 meals daily, lodging, local transfers, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions) but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals, transportation to/from Croatia or baggage fees.
Tuition of $2,195 (San Francisco and Boston Extensions) includes 3 meals daily and 2 meals daily on weekends, lodging, local transfers, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions) but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals, transportation, or baggage fees.
Tuition of $2,995 (Hawaii Extension) includes 3 meals daily and 2 meals daily on weekends, lodging, local transfers, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions) but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals, transportation to/from Hawaii, or baggage fees.
Amalfi Coast 3-day Excursion (Florence Program) tuition of $995 includes 2 meals daily, transportation, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions), but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, or food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals.
French Riviera 3-day Excursion (Barcelona Program) tuition of $1295 includes 2 meals daily, airfare transportation, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions), but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, or food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals.
Paris 3-day Excursion (Nice Program) tuition of $1295 includes 2 meals daily, airfare transportation, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions), but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, or food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals.
Toronto 3-day Excursion (Montreal Program) tuition of $695 includes 2 meals daily, airfare transportation, daily and evening activities (including admittance to museums, theme parks and all scheduled tourist attractions), but does NOT INCLUDE personal spending for clothes and other personal items, or food/sundry items purchased outside of scheduled meals.
Fees and fares paid through American Collegiate Adventures, Inc., for non-tuition expenses (such as airfare, SAT Prep, Supplemental fees, and course supply/material fees) are nonrefundable.
Tuition, fees, fares and schedules quoted are based on current tariffs, energy costs, costs of operation and currency rates as of September 1, 2025, and are subject to increase should there be any increase in such tariffs, energy costs, costs of operation and/or currency rates before the program commences. Any such increases shall be paid promptly after notice.
Security Deposit: $350.00 (refundable by October 31, 2026). AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., requires that all outstanding charges be paid promptly after notice and reserves the right to withhold the return of the security deposit until all charges have been paid in full. AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., requires all residence hall/hotel rooms to be used with care. Wall and/or furniture damage is chargeable to room occupants. A room key deposit is mandatory and will be refunded if the participant yields his/her residence hall/hotel room in a satisfactory condition and free of defects (ordinary wear and tear is expected).
The participant and his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., for the health, safety, welfare and management of the participants.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., acts as an agent only and accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or injury resulting from delay or negligence of any company/vendor in the service of AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., is not responsible for inherent risks with regard to travel (domestic and international), weather, accidents, illness, security, the demands of outdoor activities and other events beyond the control of AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., that could possibly occur during the course of any of its programs. Participant and his/her parent(s) or guardian(s) agree to recognize and assume these risks.
Participants must be covered by medical and property insurance through their parent(s) or guardian(s). AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., cannot assume any medical cost or losses or costs for thefts of baggage or personal belongings incurred by participants.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., reserves the right to cancel the program if a sufficient number of participants are not enrolled in the overall program.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., reserves the right to eliminate any specific class or classes if a sufficient number of participants are not enrolled in that specific course.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., reserves the right to make any alterations in the itinerary, hotel accommodations, dates, transportation, food arrangements, sightseeing, program leadership and makeup of the program participants as it, in its sole discretion, may deem necessary or desirable. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the participant’s parent(s) or guardian(s).
Participants and their parent(s) or guardian(s) understand and authorize AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., to take and use photographs, videotapes and testimonials of participants during any AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., programs for use in AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., promotional materials or program information.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., reserves the right to reject any application.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC.’s, Barcelona, Spain, Nice, France, European Teen Tour, and Florence, Italy Programs require that students and families recognize and underscore the need for exemplary conduct in any foreign country the participant visits. Each participant will be held to a level of conduct commensurate with the laws of the United States of America (e.g., legal U.S. drinking age; possession, use or sale of illegal substances) or with the laws of the applicable foreign country, whichever is stricter. AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., is not responsible for representing a participant in the event of any legal action against the participant by authorities in the United States or any foreign country. The participant and/or his/her parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for such representation and any costs thereof.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any participant who does not abide by its rules and regulations (including, but not limited to, non-use of tobacco products, vaping, marijuana, alcohol and illegal drugs) and/or whose conduct is deemed by AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., to be disruptive such as to endanger the success of the program or the welfare of the participant, other participants and/or program leaders. IN THE EVENT OF SUCH TERMINATION, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND WHATSOEVER. The participant will be sent home by means of transportation selected in the exclusive discretion of AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC. To ensure that the program is not disrupted by the participant’s presence after termination, AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., may place the student in alternative lodging, selected in its exclusive discretion, until transportation arrangements can be made. The parent or guardian will be notified of the participant’s destination and arrival time. The parent or guardian hereby authorizes AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., to send the participant home as an unaccompanied minor and agrees to meet the child on arrival at his or her destination. The parent or guardian agrees that AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., shall have no responsibility for the participant’s welfare after delivering the participant to the transport carrier. All additional expenses incidental to the termination of the participant (including the entire cost of transportation and any alternative room and board expenses) shall be borne completely by the participant and/or the participant’s parent or guardian. Payment of such additional expenses shall be made promptly on demand.
AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., does not discriminate in any of its policies, procedures or practices on the basis of race, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin, or sex. If the participant has any special, social, personal, medical, psychological, dietary or educational needs, such must be described by attaching supporting information or medical documentation on a separate sheet of paper. No verbal representations concerning any such condition will be accepted. FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUCH INFORMATION IN WRITING IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM WITHOUT REFUND.
ACADEMIC CREDIT (BARCELONA, NICE and FLORENCE Programs only): AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., offers an OPTIONAL 3 to 6 academic credits from Marist College (Nice, Florence and Barcelona Programs). Official transcripts are available (for a nominal fee) from the applicable institution for the purpose of applying to college and/or transferring credit. Although most colleges and universities will accept Marist College credit, the decision to accept the transfer of credits rests solely with the college or university the participant ultimately attends. AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., cannot be responsible for the transfer/nontransfer of credit.
Enrollment into AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., does not by itself guarantee admission into The University of Wisconsin, University of California, Los Angeles, Pepperdine University, University of North Carolina, College of Charleston, University of Vermont, McGil University, University of Maryland, the British Institute Florence, The International College of Barcelona, Marist College, or any other institution visited during your program, and AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., makes no warranty or representation to the contrary.
No contractual obligation is created with The University of Wisconsin, University of California, Los Angeles, Pepperdine University, University of North Carolina, College of Charleston, McGil University, University of Vermont, University of Maryland, the British Institute Florence, The International College of Barcelona, or Marist College by the signing of this contract. Therefore, The University of Wisconsin, University of California, Los Angeles, Pepperdine University, University of North Carolina, College of Charleston, McGil University, University of Vermont, University of Maryland, the British Institute Florence, The International College of Barcelona, or Marist College shall not become obligated to the participants by the terms of this agreement. THIS CONTRACTUAL UNDERSTANDING IS STRICTLY BETWEEN AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., AND THE PARTICIPANT (AND/OR HIS/HER PARENT(S) OR GUARDIAN(S)).
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this contract and supersedes any other agreement, either oral or written, previously entered into between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
By agreement of the parties, the terms of this contract shall be governed by, interpreted and construed in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be resolved by application to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, which shall be the agreed forum identified for such resolution.
Tuition/Refund Policy
Full tuition will be due by April 1, 2026. A student who withdraws from the program for any reason after his/her enrollment shall receive a refund of tuition paid (inclusive of the tuition deposit), less a cancellation fee: of $0 for cancellation before February 1, 2026; of $1,500 for cancellation before March 1, 2026; of $2,000 for cancellation before April 1, 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 1, 2026. Airfare purchased through AMERICAN COLLEGIATE ADVENTURES, INC., is not part of tuition and is not refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. Trip Cancellation and Interruption Protection available. Contact ACA for details.
Due with Application: $1,650.00
Pay $150 (non-refundable) application fee and $1,500 tuition deposit are required to reserve your space for 2026. Families must submit their final tuition payment via check, Zelle, credit card, or wire transfer upon receipt. Tuition deposit is refundable until February 1, 2026.
