We pride ourselves on our dynamic and experienced leadership staff. Through a rigorous selection process, we seek out people who are not only dedicated and responsible, but also fun, friendly and energetic. Ideal candidates have endless energy, charisma and integrity. All of our directors and counselors are at least 21 years of age. Our staff have worked extensively with high school and middle school students.
Each staff member works tirelessly throughout the program, serving as a mentor, advisor and friend to all our students. Our staff not only helps facilitate but also participates in activities; lives with and supervises students in residence halls and hotels; accompanies students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips; and maintains ACA’s safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students.
Staff receive invaluable training and experience in leadership and mentoring.
ACA Staff Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all students on the program
- Maintaining a safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students
- Advising and mentoring students
- Living with and supervising students in residence halls/hotels
- Accompanying students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips
