Dubrovnik: Pearl of the Adriatic
Our first stop is Croatia’s crown jewel, Dubrovnik – a breathtaking walled city right on the Adriatic. Stroll along Stradun, the city’s bustling main street filled with boutiques, cafes, and street performers. Spend time relaxing on Banje Beach or hop on a ferry to nearby Lokrum Island, where you can sunbathe, visit the botanical gardens, and explore the ancient fortress. Fans of Game of Thrones will love visiting the island’s museum dedicated to the series! To cap off our time in Dubrovnik, we’ll take in the spectacular sunset from the top of Mt. Srd, overlooking the fortress walls and winding streets that make Dubrovnik so magical.
Split: History Meets Adventure
Next, we’ll head to Split, a lively city famous for its ancient Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its massive stone walls and ramparts for jaw-dropping views, then stroll the charming Marmontova Ulica for shopping and people-watching. For adventure seekers, we’ll go whitewater rafting on the Cetina River before unwinding on Bacvice Beach – the perfect spot to watch locals play the traditional beach game, picigin.
Island Hopping: Brac, the Blue Lagoon, & Hvar
No trip to Croatia would be complete without a little island hopping! We’ll ferry to Brac and visit the iconic Golden Horn Beach, hike to Vidova Gora for panoramic views, and enjoy lunch in the charming old town. Then, it’s off to swim and snorkel in the turquoise waters of the Blue Lagoon in Krknjaši Bay – a perfect spot for underwater photos. Finally, we’ll explore Hvar, where medieval fortress walls, cobblestone streets, and stunning views make you feel like you’ve stepped into a fairytale.
