We pride ourselves on our dynamic and experienced leadership staff. Through a rigorous selection process, we seek out people who are not only dedicated and responsible, but also fun, friendly and energetic.
ACA directors and staff love and live to work with our amazing students and families. It is a passion of the directors and staff to be part of these special summer programs. ACA directors and staff most often are teachers, educators and coaches during the school year having worked extensively with teens and can’t wait for their ACA program each summer.
ACA directors and staff go through a rigorous application and interview process where we interview hundreds of applicants and narrow it down to the absolute finest choices for our students.
ACA staff are selected for various skills and personality. Above all, they are kind, caring, and compassionate individuals ready to mentor and provide the safest and most exciting programs on the market.
Each member of our team works tirelessly throughout the program, serving as a mentor, advisor and friend to all of our students. We work hard to create a warm, supportive family atmosphere, one in which ACA students are treated as young adults whose opinions and concerns truly matter
