Kamari Beach

Kamari Beach is the most popular and most visited beach resorts in Santorini. This lively black-sand-&-pebble beach features swimming, umbrellas & restaurants/cafes. It is at the foot of the imposing Mesa Vouno Mountain where the prominent archaeological site of Ancient Thera is found.

Oia Santorini 

Oia is most visited village in Santorini and the second largest after Fira, the capital town of the island. The village is situated above an impressive cliff, overlooking the volcano and the island of Thirassia.The settlement is several centuries old; it was likely built in the 15th century and the ruins of a Venetian castle are still located there. It has become famous all around the world for its authentic Cycladic beauty, whitewashed houses, labyrinth-like alleys and amazing hotels, although the top thing Oia is known for is its magical sunset. Straight out of a postcard, Oia is certainly the most picturesque village in Santorini – and some may claim it is the prettiest one in Greece!

Acropolis 

The Acropolis of Athens is an ancient citadel located on a rocky outcrop above the city of Athens and contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historical significance, the most famous being the Parthenon. 

Mykonos Windmills

The Mykonos windmills are an iconic feature of Mykonos and can be seen from every point of the village of Mykonos. There are currently 16 windmills on Mykonos of which seven are positioned on the landmark hill in Chora. Most of them were built by the Venetians in the 16th century, but their construction continued into the early 20th century. They were primarily used to mill wheat. They were an important source of income for the inhabitants. Their use gradually declined until they ceased production in the middle of the 20th century. The architecture of each of them is similar, all have a round shape, white colour and a pointed roof and very small windows.

Fira

Fira’s, the capital of Santorini, clifftop location affords views of Nea Kameni, a still-active volcanic island to the west. The Museum of Prehistoric Thira displays items from the destroyed Bronze Age settlement of Akrotiri, including wall paintings and ceramics. Nearby, the whitewashed Orthodox Metropolitan Cathedral has frescoes by local artist Christoforos Asimis.

Mykonos Town

You can lose yourself for hours in the enchanting warren of narrow pedestrian streets bedecked with bougainvillea and lined with picture-perfect, all white buildings including tiny churches, restaurants and boutiques. The Archaeological Museum of Mykonos is well worth your while, as is the informative Aegean Maritime Museum. 

Nea Kameni

The uninhabited island of Nea Kameni forms part of Santorini’s archipelago caldera and is made up of black lava rock. It is a popular day trip from Fira for its views of neighboring islands and the steep walking paths through Nea Kameni Volcanic Park, which pass active, smoking craters created over the last few centuries. Several sulfurous hot springs are found just off the shoreline.

Cable car of Santorini

The cable car provides you a safe transport from the old port to the capital of Santorini, Fira. Some people can also use it just to admire the amazing view of the stunning caldera, the sea and the volcano from a 220 meters altitude.
