Summer Jobs

We pride ourselves on our dynamic and experienced leadership staff. Through a rigorous selection process, we seek out people who are not only dedicated and responsible, but also fun, friendly and energetic.

All of our directors and counselors are at least 21 years of age. Having worked extensively with high school and middle school students in the past, our staff members genuinely look forward to their summers with ACA.

Each member of our team works tirelessly throughout the program, serving as a mentor, advisor and friend to all our students. We work hard to create a warm, supportive family atmosphere, one in which ACA students are treated as young adults whose opinions and concerns truly matter. Our staff not only helps facilitate but also participates in activities; lives with and supervises students in residence halls and hotels; accompanies students around campuses, cities and on weekend trips; and maintains ACA’s safe, warm, supportive and fun environment for all students.

During the program, individual staff members concentrate on a specific small group of students to better ensure that every student gets the attention he or she deserves. This personalized approach is a big reason why ACA enjoys such popularity among students and parents and why ACA is considered by many to be the best pre-collegiate program.
